He already knows his reputation (he's never dated anyone over 25 in his life), he doesn't care...and likely the girls he date don't care either.

Really only applies to his 2 most recent GFs (Lorena Rae and Camila Marrone), his previous laundry list of GFs were all established supermodels or actresses.
