Which video game served you the best story you ever played?

hmmm, most of the games I've played have fairly basic, but good, stories. If I had to pick one, I'd go with Omori. The game does a great job at handling themes like trauma and ptsd

Witcher 3

Persona 5. The way it balances light-heart fun and heart-pounding drama, with a unique story to boot, and that wasn't TOO complex like some of the Final Fantasy stories. LOVED. IT. Not perfect, but it was just too much fun. One of the very few games I considered replaying, but it's just too damn long.

I remember playing that when I was little! But never I finished it. Way too scary for me at that age. Now I want to watch the story.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought this. Persona 5 Royal was the first game that came to mind when I saw this thread
