At the Mnet 'Street Man Fighter' production presentation held at Stanford Hotel Korea on the 23rd, Kwon Youngchan CP (Chief Producer) gave his opinion on the difference between SMF and SWF.

 

Kwon CP said, "Survival shows with women and men are different. If there was jealousy and greed in female dancers' survival shows, male dancers rather show loyalty and pride." He added, "Male and female dancers also seem to show differences in dancing."

I already had 0 interest in watching SMF even before all of these controversies started coming out of it but now I genuinely hope that it flops.

Well….I don’t love Noh Taehyun enough to sit through what sounds like an absolute boy’s club mess. I suspect this season will do worse than SWF, not even the hype from SWF, Mnet and Kang Daniel will be able to replicate the success or interest, that’s my gut feeling.

 Umm...more like the opposite. When I watched SWF,  there was more camaraderie among the crews and they're funny and never took themselves seriously. SMF on the other hand seems to be full of toxic masculinity and dissing each other like SMTM
