You’re accusing NewJeans of sajaegi?? They seem pretty organically popular to me with all the love for their songs, dances and the y2k concept. (As organically popular as a group can be when they’re under the big 3+Hybe).

That chart (multiple generations dominating at the same time) and the general strong gg representation happening right now is fabulous.

New Jeans have to strengthen their top position though. Can the weirdo keep them on top in the longrun without pervy undertones? It will be fun and interesting to see.

Off topic but how do Le sserafim's fans feel about Hybe unleashing NJ on LS in their rookie year? (I wonder how Sakura and Chaewon feel too. Maybe okay cause ultimately success strengthens the brand/company? Who knows.)

Anyway, loving the music from ggs this year.

It's just too striking to see NewJeans, which just passed their 1st month debut anniversary, holding off digital heavyweights.  Ive as well. This is just something else. It really feels like 2007-2008 all over again when WonSoKa dominated. It's a great time for girl groups!
