That's usually JYPe's M.O these days. For example, I think Twice's comeback was announced as ITZY was coming back .

SKZ comeback was announced a week before NMIXX debut

ITZY comeback was announced the same week Nayeon’s album start perorder

I'm glad they are finally having a comeback! Just a single though   I'm not sure how I feel about this concept, I'll wait to see the photos. I hope it sounds different from O.O, I really want them to do something different

Supposedly the financial reports or whatever said they could have 2 comebacks by the end of the year so maybe it's a single leading up to a mini album If that's the case. But yeah I'm hoping for a different sound from O.O as well.

Oh, that wouldn't be so bad then... I hope it's true. Good thing they are releasing something though, it's better than nothing. I wonder if this song will have a rock sound. I do not know what to expect with this teaser image.
