1. Kids, please don't take the bait from Mnets~

 

2. Please don't get immersed too much in these shows, the broadcast wants you to be pissed off. Have you never watched Mnet? They're just trying to create a buzz

 

3. But this will only get Eoddae more attention and fans. 

Let Mnet do their thing and wait to judge in their first battle, it won't be too late

I also felt like that during SWF 

I also didn't know Eoddae before that, but I want to support them now

They look innocent so of course they'll become the easy target (of course I could be wrong)

 

4. I just saw the full version and I feel like seeing a comment section filled with hate commentsㅋㅋ.. They're really hating on each other, all of them

 

6. Of course you have to blame it on the editing, but calling them 'repulsive' is seriously so so

With SWF the shade wasn't as much but from what it looks everyone is trying so hard lmao besides bank2brothers,ygx and eoddae those are the tolerable ones. I do think Knucks of Prime Kingz is funny. There were a lot of ageism comments towards 1million because of their members Baek Gu Young (Mihawk) and Choi Youngjun (from pd101) being in their nearly late 30s and that pissed me off as well but tbh Guyoung and Youngjun also talked a bit of shit, Youngjun's behaviour towards Eoddae was wack. Especially since Young Jun choreographs for female groups... doesn't that emasculate him? Or-

I do like Noh Tae Hyun but I think he was being so extra and he is doing it for entertainment but he wasn't the only one acting that way lol. Just like he did on Be the SMF. Wedemboyz main leader Vata/Bata and Ingyu they talked a lot of smack they were the most annoying ones lol

Yes Monika did too but she was the only one lol. The rest were tame compared to Monika. The rest here and there but just not as much.

I found it very ironic that being trendy was seen as a good thing and old school as bad when in SWF it was the opposite. Hook (Aiki) was apparently looked down upon even by others outside of SWF (she mentioned it on a at TV show). 

I know it's for shock value for some part but the whole Eoddae fiasco made me uncomfortable and they should have toned it down

Same. At first I was like, "damn why are they being targeted for their ages? " the ageism in this show is quite severe and it's already off to a pretty bad start I felt bad that I wished I could defend them. But later seeing the comments made by Choi Youngjoon towards Kinky,  I was like "nevermind, I guess you deserved the ageist comments lel". Also, Baek Guyoung has had a questionnable history of judging Eric from The Boyz for having a Taemin photo as his phone bg. He said that it's too much for a guy to have another guy as their phone bg, but he'd understand it if it was a female idol like Twice. Hmm.. 1M crew are close-minded? Homophobia? You be the judge...

Based on the preview for the first ep, it is seems Kinky defeated Youngjoon which is extremely satisfying. Youngjoon looked like he was struggling. The whole 1M crew were.

As for Noh Taehyun, I wanted him to be this idol dancer that can prove something to the pros and that they shouldn't look down on idols like him. Maybe he should've tone it down and not act like some extra tryhard kid. I guess he's trying to go with the main underdog idol protagonist story but was too cocky and hasty and went too soon in challenging Trix whom he had a history with only to end up getting defeated early in the show. It's quite embarrassing. He set himself up.  Hopefully he will redeem himself later in the show.

WDBZ Ingyu gets on my nerves the most but it's like Mnet and him made deal to get him screentime and make some drama. He's unstoppable with his foul mouth that made me think he knows exactly what he's doing towards all these crews by getting them riled up against him and WDBZ. I'm not sure if in real life he's like that too (without the Mnet edit) but judging by what other crews said about him, I guess what's onscreen isn't that too far from reality. When he mocked Justjerk's dances by making the sound and gesture,
"gdi gdi gdi gang gang gang"  ... he's INSANE and got crazy guts. He thinks he's funny. 1Million and Eoddae crew members looked speechless when he did that. Scripted or not, he knows how to create drama. Ofc the disgusting comments he made towards Eoddae and Kinky made me wanna kick and slap him so hard.

PK and WDBZ are the most unlikeable. PK acting like yakuzas is honestly off-putting.

I'm okay with Justjerk's confidence and arrogantness because it's just the right amount especially considering their level, status, and achievements. At least they didn't go too far like WDBZ and PK. They're like the most respected crew there with the biggest achievements. All other criticisms they had towards other crews seem valid and decent. Their reactions towards WDBZ is understandable because they were provoked by them at first.

YGX especially Kwon twins are the easy target because of their popularity and visual. YGX were bullied the most and trashed so hard by most crews there. I saw Eoddae's Kinky reaction, he look sympathetic towards YGX which made me like him more. 

I think that people exaggerated that all the crews there are homophobic and discriminating against Eoddae, Kinky and LGBT when its actually just the members from WDBZ, Prime Kingz and 1Million who went too far with their comments but ofc seeing the toxic situation in Korea regarding its incles and toxic masculine males (ignorance and homophobia), I know I wouldn't be surprised if there's more (there's that one member from mbitious crew who seems homophobic too based on his comments in Be Mbitious).  But I think I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the other crews. They probably remained respectful to the genre that Eoddae do which is why they were not shown in the critic Eoddae vcr especially members from B2B and Justjerk who are respectful and pioneers in the cross genre dance battle scene by including the feminine genre/lgbtq dance scene. These crews knew better on how to behave at least. 

If anything this show is making alot of ppl/viewers rooting for Eoddae and they're one of the crews that looked decent and likeable. I appreciate that they didn't evil edit Eoddae to paint a bad narrative against LGBT people at least. 

So far I'm finding this show to be more like WWE Smackdown dancer version than SWF which is ugh...
