love 8,778 Posted August 14, 2022 Share Posted August 14, 2022 afaik the groups who are most likely to be nominated are tnx (from p nation), tempest (from yuehua), and atbo (from IST). maybe blank2y but with their blatant s*jaegi i kinda doubt it...they have no buzz. or maybe younite, but they don't sell very well. idk any trot artists or non-group-affiliated soloists from the past year so...i have no clue who else is eligible Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted August 15, 2022 Share Posted August 15, 2022 My predictions: Tempest: they did the best of the 2022 rookies so far in sales. Unfortunately they’re under a Chinese company (Yuehua) so it’s unlikely they’ll win, which is a big shame, their mini is good and they’re a joy to watch perform. TNX: the P Nation group, did 2nd best. ATBO: around the same as TNX. They’re from a Kakao subsidiary (IST) and I think that makes them the most likely to win. Both ATBO and TNX are pretty good groups, they just need better music. TAN: not very successful and a project group, but they were formed via an MBC show so I think they’ll at least get nominated. Please support their second chance at a career Younite: Brand New Music group so I think they’ll get a nomination at least. I liked one of their songs! I guess that sajaegi group might get a nomination. The boy rookie crop of 2022 hasn’t performed as well but I do think they should still give out an award. And there are groups that are quite talented that came out this year (Also they’ll never be nominated but check out Nine.i)! actually you know what they should give the award to that AI group and have the AI member receive the trophy.
