[instiz] THE COMPETITION FOR THE FEMALE ROOKIE AWARD THIS YEAR WILL BE INTENSE...

So NewJeans is going 1-2 (Attention-Hype Boy) on almost all of the charts right now. Obviously that could change as more groups, espcially Black Pink, I've, and Twice, comeback. That being said, I can't really remember the last time, since BP unless I am forgetting someone, that happened digitally for a rookie group. They are doing exteremely well digitally and physically. The only thing they are misssing is the weekly award wins. Honestly I think they will win most if not all of the rookie awards. And I'm not just basing this on sales alone. They have created a storm on SNS sites, with the public, and their peers. I expect major brand deals to come their way in the next few weeks. And if we are being realistic, the only groups that actually made an impact this year are NJ and I've. Other group like Le Sserfim and Kep1er are doing well. But scandals, and other external factors have been getting in the way of the success. Had both ben scandal/contversary free, they would be up there with NJ and I've.

EDIT: Just went and checked and NJ has 117 RAK's so far. They are dominating digitally. They are literally 1 chart, YouTube Korea weekly song chart, away from A PAK. One more and they will tie with Savage! This is all with a debut song. 🤩

EDIT 2: They passed Aespa and are now the second 4th gen group to have the most RAK's.
