UPDATE:

After lots of kiss emojis, wink emojis and "love you's" from him, he out of the blue said that the original crush video was a joke and that's he "straight asf" lol. He told me it wasn't a joke when I first questioned him... I was gonna meet up with him tomorrow and ask him directly but not anymore.

I'm a little sad  cuz he led me on and just destroyed all my hope randomly. Hurts more cuz I wanted to date a man.

Thank you for this! While I did have some feelings, I always maintained some realism thanks to you because these mind games are generally useless, which reduced the blow of this revelation today.

Sorry man, young guys can be annoying like that. I had similar situations in high school and I’m glad I didn’t end up embarrassing myself in a major way.
