I agree. Some people will never learn. It's clear that his "apology" from early this year for his first DUI won't read as being sincere anymore. Not to mention, the accusations of harassment.

Korean law were so lax to let him off with a fine when really they should have revoked his driving license. It's really irresponsible of him and the government for taking on such a lenient decision.
