Is this what older kpop idols would look like if they didn't get youth preserving treatments and/or surgery?

I'm not deusional enough to say none of these idols haven't had plastic surgery, but everyone ages differently, and idols are picked partly because they look younger than their actual age.

If you saw me, you would think I'm some kid fangirling over Red Velvet, when in reality, I'm older than Irene.

No. Hollywood just doesn't like casting Asians who look like children.

You know Hollywood celebrities get botox and surgery too, right?

Anyways, look at Arden Cho and Jamie Chung who don't have that baby faced look Asia likes, and they look youthful and wrinkle free partly because being in your 30's isn't old.

Maybe some but definitely not most.

This is just my two cents. In general (not just idols), some are naturally gifted with youth looks even when they aged whether or not they had surgeries to improve/enhance their facial looks. Also, Korean artists took a whole lot of effort (even if without the surgeries) to make themselves look youthful that what normally people look at that particular age so it's not surprising that they managed to look younger considering their routine for it.
