Inoue Rikako, member of Fairies, a girl group which debuted in 2011 under Rising Production (Vision Factory in the past), company that houses Namie Amuro, SPPED, DA PUMP, etc.

After the team dissolved in 2020, she renamed herself Kominato Yotsuba in March 2022 and on May 16th, she released her solo MV.
But on the last scene of her MV, the sentence "I'm appearing in an AV" was shown.

And today she revealed on her Twitter that she's making her AV debut
original post: here

1. She's spoiling in her own solo MV about her becoming an AV actress???? And she's really going into AV???? Wow...

2. What a weird country...

3. ???????????????? Rikako??????????????????????????????????? Why?????????????????????????????????????????????

4. When this group was young, they used to all live in dorms and the members were also attending one school together. I wasn't their fan but I was aware of it. It's been so long this is shocking.... I feel horrible for her because its clear that she's not doing this on her own volition but it was imposed on her and that's her only option...

5. This country is insane

6. Ah seriously I clicked the post but didn't expect I'd find a group that I used to like... My head hurtsㅠㅠ

7. Just what kind of personal growth is this? Can't she just retire from entertainment and just live her own life as a normal employee??? Just why are all celebrities pursuing this kind of career path, I don't understand anything of that country....

8. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ..... What kind of personal growth is she talking about

9. This is way too sudden, if my bias suddenly announced something like that, I'd lose my mind...

10. My heart breaks for her

According to Cobra, the best way for humanity to break this Archon/Chimera controlled Matrix is for women to freely express themselves sexually without judgment.

i would feel bad if one of the members of a group i like became an adult star, nothing wrong with it but is definitely not a fun career

but is extremely rare for an entertainer to crossover to adult movies, despite so many pornstars claiming they are ex idols the truth is that it probably hasn't happened more than 10 times in the last decade

-

kinda off topic but earlier this year another girl from the idol group "Luna x Holic" also debuted as porn actress, there was a big shitstorm about it

suddenly in her twitter account she announced that she was going to release a porn movie with a big studio and posted pictures / teasers from it, the thing is her company and group members have no idea about it

that night they have a concert and the girl showed up like if nothing happened, the other members were horrified and uncomfortable with her being there

the next day she got kicked out of the group

later it was discovered that this girl used to do "erotic" photoshoots before joining the group, some people believe she just joined to used them for a publicity stunt

the group has been on some sort of hiatus since then

"Can't she just retire from entertainment and just live her own life as a normal employee???" working twice as much for a salary five times lower and with an equal risk of sexual harrasment? Would've done the same as her, tbh.

She could still join Ebisu Muscats or Mikami Yua's K-pop band if she misses singing that much.

Same here. I'm sad hearing about this news. I remember used to love and enjoy Fairies. The members were so talented especially at dancing...I wonder how and what made her decide to enter AV industry.

I remember enjoying and loving their releases

Spoiler

(If I'm not mistaken she's the girl in the 3rd mv thumbnail on the right)

I have no issues in regards to people pursuing an AV career especially if they want to but I hope she wasn't pressured or forced into it. It's equally sad if she finds that this is the only option to make a living at this point. It's usually the case that alot of AV actresses had alot of debts hence why they entered the AV industry. Some even got scammed and had to do it out of their will. Alot of former idols see that nothing works out for them after idol life and thus see AV career as the only way to make money.

Yeah this is what I worry about. 😢 The AV industry is dark and has ties to criminal organization. Very dangerous, corrupt and abusive. They easily take advantage and exploit young girls especially those that came from poverty. Some girls got scammed and they have no choice but to do it anyway. My heart breaks whenever I hear former Japanese idols enter the industry.

That's one way of doing it

For anyone wondering why she would go into AV: I haven't seen the translation of her tweet but AV actresses can make a lot of money

someone can correct my understanding but the gist I'm getting from the tweet (I can understand some Japanese) is that her reason for going into AV is because she's interested in and wants to know more about the world of AV and how there isn't as much prejudice there from her perspective.

I disagree. There are tons of "wrong things with it"

Unless you are a organized religious nutjob. There is nothing wrong about consenting adults living their lives as they want.

The only thing I am not sure is about how much an AV actress earn, with so much free porn on the internet, I wonder who the hell pays for porn.

as long as you're not doing underground uncensored AV, you're not as shunned by the public and can get very famous/popular and eventually transition to mainstream...with the obvious examples being Yua Mikami, Tina Yuzuki, Sola Aoi, Maria Ozawa, Ai Iijima, etc.

GOD, no. i like Fairies songs. this is so hard to digest bc there is lot of MVs with them as kids
i would prefer to not know about this neither her solo to not ruin the image that i have from the group

the worst part is that she was with the group until the end.
and now how can i listen this without cringy really hard?

this is different from for example akb48 and sister groups that i know that a lot of them end up in that industry bc i dont like most of their songs and they have so many members (generations of generations) that i dont know almost none of the members besides Tomomi Itano (in fact where is she bc is be so long since her last MV? i know she got married and have a kid now) and the ones that was in izone

if i found out that someone from e-girls and their sisters group had end up in that industry i would die
the members are so talented to become a p*rn actress 😭😭😭😭😭

if anyone knows if anyone did please don't tell me. i don't wanna know

Why would you bring religion in this conversation?

Go and google the side effects of pornography. Watch documentaries about ex porn stars. That industry is fucking  sick, destructive and abusive

Look at how many problems we have with people terribly addicted to alcohol, and all the gun violence. Let's ban alcohol and guns because they are destructive industries.

Let's ban cars too because it is the only way to end car accidents and crimes since at any moment a nutjob can get his vehicle and plow through a bunch of innocent people.

Don't derail  the topic. You said there is nothing wrong about Porn. I replied to u

No one said there is nothing wrong with alcohol or cars or whatever.

Anyway this is our of topic so let's end it here.

Well, the greatest teacher I've ever had was a former porn actress. She's doing fine, shooting documentaries about feminism and reproductive rights, and teaching uni students how to record podcasts and short video reports. Other famous porn actresses have had fulfilling careers after retirement, like the feminist icon Annie Sprinkle, or the late Iijima Ai who used her fame to help people with AIDS/HIV at a time where no Japanese celebrities cared about them. Not all sex workers are embroiled in sex trafficking schemes, despite what SWERFs and the moral police have been promoting for the past 50 years. Korea is a good proof of how banning porn for the sake of morality doesn't work : if it was truly the case, an incel would not be ruling the country at the moment. Porn must be regulated, and to be fair, Japan does a great job at this (exploitative porn websites such as Pornhub are inexistent there ; it's still the old pay-to-view & video-club model that prevails, ensuring that the content is not illegal)

Plus the problems of the JAV industry are the exact same ones as the Japanese entertainment industry as a whole. Pedos are omnipresent in entertainment (Johnny Kitagawa died without getting convicted), the Yakuza are linked to several high-profile agencies, and sexual violence is a norm (as the recent scandals involving Sono Sion and Mackenyu Arata have proven).
