Source Music responds to the latest school bullying accusation against LE SSERAFIM's Kim Garam

HYBE Labels and Source Music officially responded to the latest school bullying accusation against LE SSERAFIM member Kim Garam. 

On May 16th, Source Music stated"Nothing has changed from our earlier statement. We have started to take legal action and the details will be revealed through the legal process." regarding the piece of 'new evidence' circulating online on the day before. 
 

The above document states Kim Garam from the first grade as a perpetrator along with another student from her class 

The label reiterated, "The recent accusation revolves around instances during the beginning of her middle school days when she was just getting to know her classmates, and such instances were edited with malicious intent to slander her. Unlike the rumors, the said member was a victim of various malicious rumors and cyberbullying during her middle school days according to a third party."

Made zero sense. Why was someone from another class involved with her getting to know her classmates? 

"such instances were edited with malicious intent" so, there were "instances" to begin with?

Third party? Who is this third party? Don't tell me it's the other person from class 3 addressed in the document.

I am in favor of not commenting on this issue while the legal process continues. We have witnessed many idols being put in very difficult situations with false evidences before. It's best to wait.

Wouldn't it be easier to just say if the document is real or not ? Why beat around the bush like that if it's fake ?

I'm sorry but this is why I can't believe she's not guilty in some form of school violence. Every action of Source so far has indicated that they're trying to hush up the situation and pressure the victims to stay silent or paint them as antis, not that they're letting the truth come forward.

Because it's not fake.  HYBE and Source know that if they come out and say it's fake, it will be used against them in court.

It's actually wise for them not to talk about the evidence while the legal process is going on. Anyway, if Garam is really guilty, then HYBE and Garam will lose the case, just like Kim So-Hye's case.
