What do you do when your heart is broken?

I think this is like the first major heartbreak I’m experiencing and its because of a unrequited love i cant concentrate on anything else and i never thought it would hurt this much but my heart seriously hurts a lot (sound cringe but it does 🥹) its a situation where everything was inside my head and it was one sided all this time i woke up from my delusion 🫠

i usually get super invested into an interest until i feel like talking to people then being with my friends helps a lot

My first major heartbreak threw me into overdrive with college but I have to be thankful for him doing so. If he didn't break my heart, I wouldn't have found my life long friends, I wouldn't have found my true passion in life (photography) and I was more focused on my college work. 

He came back into my life a few years ago and quickly left without a word. I barely shed any tears but my heart was still broken. I threw myself back into my photography business. His loss was my gain into finding out what I loved to do.

at first you can’t focus well but time will heal everything

Cry, sleep, try to distract myself in any way I can, and wait for the feeling to go away.
