The atmosphere is more fun in my opinion, especially when I had seen JYP take on comical roles in Dream High. It was almost difficult to believe that he would be a strict boss. He's playful, so there's a barrier to being with girls vs guys. Guys he can be closer and tell them what to do. On an interview, nichkhun said the only one he can tell his feelings to is jyp. I remember Taecyeon said outside 2PM in JYPE, he is the closest to Park Jinyoung. And everyone makes fun of him on TV - all the boys and girls (even babies GOT7 and 15&). They just see that JYPE's revenue is far below SM and YG's and assume that. The truth is, all 3 companies have increased their earning over time, but while YG and SM increased a lot (especially YG), JYPE increased much less in comparison.
