What your simple routine you did for daily/weekly exercises?

stretching after work and after waking up. i fell off with exercising in the past few years. so that's been my way lately of slowly working my body back up. it's so much harder to get back into it than i ever imagined.

I'm not disciplined enough to follow a routine, especially when it comes to exercise; although I really should.

But I did watch a video a while back because I was curious about physiotherapy and decided to try it out.

Since I wasn't interested in wanting to end up in sweats, I decided to opt for something light, so I tried this option. While doing it, I decided to couple it with mindful breathing. I want to believe it worked out pretty well for something that was intended for those who were recovering from the side-effects of COVID-19 (even though I haven't tested positive for it at all).

I'll consider doing more of this in the future if I'm still interested.

Keeping my husky/malinois dog happy is all the exercise I'll ever need.

Help. Please.

I have a malinois mix... I understand. The amount of energy these dogs have is amazing! and tiring when trying to keep up...

Most of what I do for exercise isn't simple but I do a mobility routine first thing in the morning. Just making sure you can move comfortably makes doing other exercises so much easier. 5 minutes is an easy commitment and it's just a matter of discipline and after a short bit it becomes habit.

I should at least do this and yes, I agree that it's much harder to get back into our exercises after being fell off from some time.

I should try watching that when I'm in the mood to initiate back my exercises routine.

It was that kind of videos where you have to follow the person who does them 💀 I was wondering why I was struggling so much to do them and turns out I wasn't doing them correctly so......I just gave up, I may try again but with easier exercises or maybe just stretching

problem with imitating from the video is that there's no trainer to check our poses and actions. I'm looking to find really simple routine that won't need cross-checking with pro trainers. or else, I'll just keep on exercising my fingers you know what I mean 💀
