Also Richard Hatch for actual "Survivor" fans (literally a "survival" show) since how he "won" is basically is the model all other contestants follow in the next 20+ years - can't get more iconic than that. For Korea it would be the most successful IOI girls - Sejeong or Chungha, because both of them have become super-stars pretty much permanently in the Korean entertainment field because of P101 (just look at actress Sejeong now - even without the idol part). Their success shows that these shows could make stars overnight (without P101 Chungha might never even have debuted given how small her company is). Also Kang Daniel from the male side. You could also say Somi - for the simple reason if she wasn't on P101 coming from JYP and Sixteen, plus the way Snakenet marketed her (literally 1 vs 100 in their commercials), to get people to watch, the first season of P101 wouldn't have become so viral or successful.
