How do you handle stress from work?

So far, I've been going through rough job changes and situations that have been physically and mentally exhausting. This have been due to poor management issues and being in circumstances where the jobs that aren't the right fit for me. Obviously, this can be hard to go through and have been affecting my personal life as well. But give a girl some tips. I'm tired.

poor management issues has always been a nightmare for most workers. for me, as long as the company can maintain paying me on time, not overwork me or messing with my mental health, I'll do my best to cope with their shits. if not, I rather make my leave but this is hardly occur to me cause knowing myself I kinda have fairly high level of patience.

imo, if the chance of landing jobs is quite high at your living, I would suggest to pull your handbrake and go take a breather before starting anew rather than torturing yourself with unfairness and taxing your health both physical and mental. if not, finding happiness through hobbies would be the best bet to get through your days.

p/s: don't forget your twin is around if you need ears and energy pills!

good advice twin :lovestruck:seems like my employers are more nice to me to give me another chance and im putting in more effort to being a strong worker with a growth mindset. i have to push through my jobs and not just leave/give up. thanks for the energy pill!
