I'm betting they are going to keep the gore and censor the porn, which is fine by me because (while I realize it's the manhwa's main drawn) I thought the explicit scenes were unnecessary. I'm more worried about people watching this and romantizing or thinking it needs to send a message when it's just the telling of a brutal, extremely messed up story.

Watch them turn the bottom into a woman and off-screen the gore with an occasional lone blood splatter here and there
