French Rose 2,321 Posted February 8, 2022 Share Posted February 8, 2022 Since the rude person you're talking about is your student, it's better to let them know that you'll appreciate it if if they stop poking fun at your name because it is offensive, unnecessary and not funny. Most of the time when I get vocal and called out rude people, they usually stop since they were not expecting that someone will call them out of their behavior. There are also times where I just ignore them especially if I know that I won't be seeing them again anyway.
