People on this site pride themselves in knowing that idols are manufactured yet expect influencers (= bottom of the barrel entertainers known to be fake asf even by 12 year olds) to be genuine.

No one is denying that this girl made a misdeed by passing knock-offs as real but influencers sell their lifestyles just as much as idols sell their personas which means that yes it's often fake. Is this ethic ? No. But it's also not ethic to keep on spreading hate against someone who has been called out, has apologized and has been punished accordingly.

I hope those who mass downvoted the few comments making sense won't cry crocodile tears if something tragic happens to this girl.

Btw not all people disagreeing with the hate against Freezia are stans. I didn't even know who she was before this whole issue because influencers being consumed liars is the exact reason why I don't lose my time following them. Idols give at least cool music and pretty stages, influencers and reality show personalities give nothing but scripted drama, tacky fashion and annoying sponsors.

 

Agreed. I'm not even a fan of hers. I appreciated her on the show and moved on. I didn't bother following her on social media like I did with two of the other contestants since her aesthetic is something I already follow (Jennie's) and I don't a repeat on my own TL.

The hate and going after her looks is tiresome and old. Kpop fans are so notorious for saying "oh I won't throw hate at anyone" after someone tragically commits suicide but they do it anyway. 

If you don't like her, ignore her. It's that simple. "She lied!" Okay and? That's her problem. That's not our problem to solve. I've been learning a lot about saying my piece and moving on because at the end of the day does this truly affect me? No. You gotta let things go like this. I understand what she did was wrong but what can I do? Write paragraphs about how wrong she was? I could but I won't because who cares.
