Tekken 7 announced, Japanese and English trailer released

Following the Tekken 7 trailer leaks this morning, Namco Bandai and the Tekken Team had no choice but to confirm that they were real.

Watch the debut trailer for Tekken 7 below. Platforms weren’t announced, but the official YouTube uploads list them for “Arcade.†This morning’s leak included a quote from Harada mentioning “current gen†platforms, as well as the game being powered by Unreal Engine 4. More details will be shared at the San Diego Comic-Con fighting game panel on July 25.

"The Final Battle"... what?! :(

 

I think that may just be for hype for the upcoming game.

 

Like in Tekken 6 they said there would be a big confrontation between Kazuya vs Jin and they ended up not even talking, and in Tekken 5 trailer, Raven was all like "Heihachi Mishima is dead!" so, yeah.

 

Or maybe Heihachi really will die idk, but I don't wanna say it's the last game in the series, that'd be sad ={

I'm hoping Namco been making refinements, because for some reason I felt the last title was a bit unpolished in some aspects.

 

Also seriously Namco, stop trying to make Tekken Tag and Tekken as two separate series. Its stupid and just a cash grab, when titles like DOA and MK9 can do it.
