finally the judges clapped rankings have been fixed in re-evals  CONG MOVING OUT OF THE CURSED 1 STAR and receiving a 3 star like the true king he is, seunghwan moving from 2 to 3 stars, honghai moving from 2 to 3, the dozen daeul (bless his heart) moving from 2 to 0 stars

LMAO at all star practice room feeling like a funeral while the others in 3 stars were having the time of their lives

i feel sooo bad for yujin, he's getting grilled from every end and his mom didnt even answer his call  from the way he talks he seems like a timid kid, i feel so so so bad for him, my son #2

KIM JIWOONG OVERRATED. his performance was meh and he got 3 stars???? while jeong ichan got 2????

okay so some extra thoughts

• park hanbin performs like he's already debuted
  • and kim taerae SINGS like he's already debuted
• i really loved wakeone k-group's performance...so expressive and not lacking at all
• hui did really well, i agree with his initial all-star rank...but i clocked that re-eval storyline a mile away
• i would protect han yujin with my life
• i would protect takuto with my life
• is haruto our one-liner comedy person now?  he had a few good ones this ep
  • although from the looks of it, kum junhyeon is setting himself up to be the clown/entertainer of the season
• the nunu nana performance was good dance-wise, although i didn't like the vocals that much
• listen...i know the my house performances were camp and iconic but i cannot be watching minute after minute of doha and mingyu trying to sing and dance
  • although at least mingyu improved a bit by the re-eval time...
• ma jingxiang you may not have the skillz to debut but you are a top tier visual, i'm rooting for you to succeed in SOMETHING no matter what
• keita not only slayed his first performance, but he hard-carried [REDACTED]...talented, charitable king.  you've earned a vote.

I don't really care about talent. To me, as long as they work hard to improve and have enough charm to make up for the lack of skills, I don't mind. But it's so crazy to me how Mnet gave like 15 minutes of screentime to people who didn't even try to improve in the reevaluations and flopped once again on the Here I am fancams  I'd rather watch 15 minutes of Yuehua payola than that

Damn, other than Zhang Hao no Chinese contestant got any screentime yet. I predict that the final lineup will be 6Korean, 2 Japanese(Keita and Hiroto) and 1C(Zhang Hao), but i hope to be surprised.

well...tbh the only japanese trainee who really stands out to me is keita, although i know hiroto is very popular.  are there chinese contestants you like other than zhang hao?

I need to watch the here I am individual cama to choose my top9... The lack of screentime most trainees get is ridiculous considering they're shoving the same people over and over again... I can't choose from that 

Ofc there's also the fact that some trainees get the choreo and song before others but the audition is just so diverse it kinda feels wrong judging just from that (also the fact that some of them don't chose their song and/or too nervous)

I just finished watching Ep 2 and first of all SEOK MATTHEW WE LOVE YOU

After this I’ve added: Takuto, Hanbin (I finally get the hype) and Matthew to my list. Which means G gorup officially outweighs K group in my pick list, so ig I’m in for a lotttt of heartache as the season goes on 

I also felt that judging were unnecessary strict/mean for the re-evalutions. Some of those ratings/rankings were bs and made no damn sense. But I always feel this way about the intro song evalutaions because they always choose the highest key to make these songs in and are suprised when the contestants (with little to no training) can’t hit those notes correctly, like geezzz I wonder why? With this in mind I think a lot of the trainees did very well with what they were given.

and I was also gonna complain about how it seems like they’re pushing that “all arounder” agenda but since it’s the first stage where it’s kinda important, I’ll let it slide

I’m liking the g trainees a bit more, maybe because to a small extent they seem a little less stressed and in some cases not arrogant. Super hate the judging, it’s been biased towards k group but then even within that sphere the star allocations don’t make sense, plus I think it’s super hateful for Solji / judges to laugh. It’s one thing being direct but another to be mocking.

Sunmi part was so random and served nothing but to show again the dozens perfs and laugh at it, can we give less spotlight to dozens please, this 10 mins part could have been used to show more auditions...

Nunu Nana team of 56 stars combined wasn't bad, I really liked Hong Keonhee and Kim Minseong, even Choi Woojin (but can we know what did he do to reevaluate 3 stars into 1 star) but Kum Junhyeong annoyed me to no end with screaming and overall behaviour

Block B perf and Keita, I see what you doing mnet, I see.... but welp I still didn't like anoyne in that perf so it doesn't work for me, and tbh imo he did not deserve all stars.

Reveal dozens perf....again, can we stop giving so much spotlight to dozens that happen to have the face, KPOP IS FILLED WITH THEM , WE DON'T NEED MORE, apologise to tbz now...

Yoon Jongwoo queerbait edit, we hate it....get my man Jiwoong outta there, I don't need him to look unlikeable because of messy queerbait, but we did love Seowon's reaction, my men truly fell in love, mood, and Hanbin too, bless him

Considering Mirotic perf, eh...I agree with Jiwoong's 3 stars, he did catch my attention the most

Takuto, bless his soul, may he have only the best things in life, Jiwoong probably having adoptio papers ready, also mood

Won't even waste words on Replay dozens, but THE REAL OMG, they really look like they debuted already and performed ateez many times now, that's that swag, confidence, coolness, especially Parkbin, but tbh whole team was really good, Lee Jeonghyeon, Mun Junghyun, Taerae

Expected more from Hui, he rearranged amazingly but nothing stood out tbh, he is hogging up screen time too much, but hey at least we got some up10tion time during his

 

Can mnet stop with Yujin and Gunwook edits, they will ruin Gunwook and make Yujin annoying Dayeon 2.0
