BOYS PLANET is an idol survival program, produced by MNET, and the sequel to "Girls Planet 999". Male participants of all nationalities are welcome, so long as they are born before January 1st, 2009.  98 95 trainees will be split into two groups: K-GROUP and G-GROUP (three trainees withdrew before premiere), and compete for the TOP 9 places in order to debut as part of a temporary boy group.
