are fanchants common in Jpop?

hello,

i have a question for all you jpop lovers.

i've noticed japanese t-ara fans have started coming up with their *own* fanchants for t-ara's japanese songs. usually they'll just copy the korean fanchants for kor->jap remakes but now t-ara has been making JPN only songs.

i was wondering if it's common for jpop idol groups to have fanchants for their songs, or if they are just trying to make t-ara feel at home in japan.

thank you.

it's called mix and it's like standard and same to all group

Kakegoe (fanchants) is not mix, mix is part of kakegoe. And no, it's not the same for all group.

Momoclo's mix is based on members name

Cheeky Parade mix is based on Kamen Rider OOO

etc, etc

These, IMO are songs with the most intense kakegoe

Of course.

When it comes to songs though, it's only specific songs that have fanchants though, not all of them... like you will never hear anyone chanting during a ballad song (usually). Cause it just doesn't make sense to. It's usually for fan favorite songs that are really upbeat.

Like for Momusu there's Kimagure Princess

For idols, I believe it's quite common. Though they usually just chant their names or some words that I can't quite catch and rarely the song lines.

Like here for example during momoclo's kouhaku performance

Right after Kaito Shoujo started, it's Ahrin Dai Tenshi mix

Aa yoshaa Ayaka !

Momoiro no sato ni ima masa ni !

Nagaki kurokami nabikasete

Kourin shitaru wa daitenshi !

Sakebi ! Warera ga...

Ahrin, wasshoi !

Then followed with Momoclo mix

Aa~ yossha Momoclo

Reni !

Kanako !

Momoka !

Shiori !

Ahrin !

Ikuze !

Momoiro clover !

Every DBSK fan tells me that their performances in Japan are much better because there aren't annoying and loud Korean fangirls disrupting them. Beyonce said she enjoyed touring in Japan because of how quiet and calm her audiences were. There's your answer
