the world needs to ban exotic leather goods

I'm sick

I just watched a video on ig of poor snakes and pythons getting tortured and skinned alive for the sake of their leather.

I"m aware of this thing. I'm aware of how all these big houses are torturing reptiles and becoming money machines selling their bags to people

and not just fashion houses. Animal abuse is everywhere

It's so fucking sad.

When will this stop ? When fucking people stop buying this shit. Nice dream

I don't like animals, I'm scared òf them. But I wouldn't purposely hurt any of them. As matter I would run if I see one.

I don't watch animals video for that reason, but there are a few that warm my heart on YT such as cute dog & cat videos. I can't imagine watching one when they're getting hurt.

I don't agree that animals should be used for clothing especially torturing them while they're alive.

Humans also abuse each other, why do you expect they will care for animals? Talking about animals, you know that they eat each other alive, or rape each other all the time? This world is simply fucked up.

Why do they have to be alive?

"Snake & lizard skin often comes from reptiles skinned alive because of the belief that live flaying imparts more elasticity, or “give,” if taken when the snake or lizard is still alive. "

Aw that’s sad. I would love leather goods if there was a way to make sure it was sustainable and humane. Maybe one day.
