Indigo Blue 127 Posted November 30, 2021 Share Posted November 30, 2021 Recently i keep thinking about him even though it’s been years since i last saw him and I‘m full of regrets again and i’m wishfully thinking of randomly encountering him (aka like in the movies i know it’s delusional i don’t even know where he lives now) there’s not even a specific reason but its been like this for weeks idk why this is happening all over again i thought i was over it (i know they say you don‘t forget your first love but i haven’t thought about him for a while/years and now suddenly this) did any of you experience smth similar? Idk why i started to like then become obsessed with him for around two years. So every time songs of them play or even just his solo releases, I keep remembering him. And to put icing on the cake, for a long time I would just find him in every new year family gathering cause he dated my current bf's cousin. We would glance at each others and that's about it, but it is still awkward. I was kind of young when I dated him and It wasn't like I really liked him, it was the opposite, but it's interesting how much I ended up thinking about him in the end because of those little things. Truth is, I'm not really affectionate and being in a relationship bores me quickly... Still, I ended with my first bf on good terms. We don't talk frequently plus he moved to another country, but I might regret not liking him more (at that time I had a crush on another guy, who treated me terrible). Truthfully, he was a good bf, but I wonder if time has blurrier his defects, and if it would have been enough liking him for us to stay together. Still, I would think of him once a year or when questions about first love/relationship appear. He used to live near my neighborhood so I've seen him a few times in supermarkets but I don't think he knows who I am.
