On November 16, Newsen reported that Chen’s wife is currently expecting their second child.

 

In response to the report, SM Entertainment confirmed, “It is true that Chen’s wife is pregnant with their second child.”

 

Chen announced his marriage in January 2020, and the couple welcomed their first child in April of that year. Chen is currently serving in the military after enlisting in October 2020.

Even if we take this bullshit seriously, EXO has kinda entered the veteran phase of their career where activity is kind of sparse, and even then, Chen doesn't really put himself out there like that anyway.

I think that's why even with that one major fuck up he had, (y'all know the one) I can't really bring myself to dislike him lmao, can't help but respect celebs who keep it lowkey/private.

I hope he has a third kid later on, just to spite these motherfuckers.

He's expecting a 2nd child and it's normal for any married people to have another kid. Gosh, it's not like he did any crime. Let him live and stop vilifying him.

After he gets discharge from the army, I hope Superman Returns pd cast him with his kids. I can feel that the ratings with blow up judging how much people have been kicking such a fuss over him and family. And then when he shows what a good and responsible father he is especially when he serenade his kids to sleep with his great voice, he and his cute kids will win the public over. He'll become SK's "daddy of the year", win awards at end of the year and bag many cfs deals with his kids. This would be the best "turn the tables" situation after all the excessive unfair hate he gets just for being a responsible guy, father and husband.

Yup I agree with you, I cannot understand fans like that. Why can't he be both? These knetz need to update their mindset.

They just had kidbut it isn't uncommon to have another kid not long after. In fact it's good idea if you ask me, so kids can grow up together, close in age, rather than being only child (wich they could b lonely, tho being only child not bad thing per se) or having years gap in age where they prolly not gonna gel well until adults (this my exp tbh). 

Ngl when I heard this I googled if he's still in exo but realized I thought he wasn't cuz enlistment hiatus. And I knew that ppl are like this way. So dumb. I'm glad he does these things and not only gets married, has kid, but has another. Like I assume they're just trying to start family which is great for them and cool he does it while still being idol. These comments r glaring examples of why the idol culture is fked and fans think they own the idols that are forced to act like fans are their bf/gf, can't have their own personal life. And then when some idol does, this happens. Like im so pessimistic of if it will ever get to point where idols can have a life.
