Telling him to leave the group because he has two children? That's so dumb. If he did that then people would cry and say he should be supporting his family. You can be a boy band member and have kids. BSB did it at their peak. Britney did it. So  many rockstars do it. 

Let him live his life!

you may think there's no problem in sexualizing, feeling sexually attracted or believing in "I love you" after knowing the idol has a wife/husband and kids, but that's not how knetizens think. They don't think it's ok to have sexual fantasies with an idol who has a partner and kids.  

I respect the way knetizens think, at the same time, having a western mind, I think there's no problem for a married idol to stay in the group. 

That's a you problem if you think an idol will have a special relationship with you or if you have fantasies about an idol. Maybe you should probably not view idols that way and look at them like, I don't know, an artist or something. 

That's not their problem. If you can't be a fan of someone without sexualizing them then that's your problem.

In some countries, some artists sell a sexualized image even though they're in a relationship, and others hide their partners, sometimes even their kids, so fans will keep believing they're single or that they don't have a solid relationship. 

 

 

 

 

Taeyang's fans didn't even react like this when he announced he's having a kid so this excuse doesn't even work. Chen's fans just went crazy they thought he'd be their single boy forever. They're crazy. The end.

I'm not from the fandom, so I can't say much about it, but I feel like Taeyang and Daesung are the members who could've gotten married without fans having a problem with it. Something that I know for sure is that Min Hyo Rin quit her celebrity life and dreams to get married with Taeyang and become a wife and mother. Besides that, since he got married, Taeyang has never promoted as an idol or as part of an idol group.

G.O.D members are married and have kids, they still promote as a group, but the difference is that their fans are older than EXO's fans. The same for Rain. 

 

I'm not talking about GD. I know about the hate Kiko got but this isn't about them. I'm specifically giving another example of an idol that's about to be a dad and his fans reacted completely different.  

Chen is about to have another kid and his fans are wildin out like they did before.

Taeyang's fans were the complete opposite which proves my point that Chen's fans are crazy. There's no reasoning here. They're crazy. The end.
