Boram doesn't want to be associated with the group anymore. Mostly because she received little to no lines during her time in T-ARA. Soyeon however, just wanted to be free after being in a group for so long so she debut as a soloist.

T-ARA is the real KPop queen of China. Can't wait to see what they come up with.

interesting... i'm excited for any t-ara release, but this one looks like it's being released by dingo. hoping for a full-fledged comeback rather than just a single promoted for a week or so.

I would say Boram was done with being idol before she even left the group. She went through a lot. 

In Soyeon's case I think she is over being idol as well. And before people start about her redebut as soloist, there is clear difference between singing ballads and going back to shaking butt on stage in tight outfits. You can see on how fast she backed off from the idol show she was in.

I also think that the debate about renewing contract wasn't easy even among members which is why Boram and Soyeon left early. 4 members of T-ARA may have shown higher determination to keep the brand going while the 2 other may have felt burned out from all the hate and the fall the group went through. And ultimately there is no shame in leaving behind what doesn't makes you happy anymore.
