for most of her life she has been working hard in perfecting her Sailor Moon cosplay

all that effort paid off, this is really good

HO6LA's Pan Luna, ARCANA PROJECT's Hana and Hanako commented on it, why is that special?

because they along MEW were members of the 2nd generation BiS, that was 2 years ago but they are still close friends!

there isn't a day i don't think about the 2nd gen of BiS

anyway, she is currently a member of MEME TOKYO they are pretty good too!

in all fairness is based on the 90s version of Sailor Moon, the forehead marks are mostly prominently featured in Sailor Moon Crystal

They have their respective planet’s symbols though, not moons.
