Hello dear Honestly I think it was a slang term that just stuck when the original song came out way before I was born lol. Apparently he debuted under an African label with a distribution contract (I think) with Warner Music. After this song's remix became a regional success in Africa and Europe, it seems like Warner Music signed him directly. Now the song is going viral many month later.
