At least, Dumb Dumb was catchy af, a hit song, #1 on QQ Music China (still in the top5 atm), top10 on all k-music sites for around 2 months (2M ULs on melon), a dance viral hit on tiktok, nearing 100M mv views, etc. While XOXO is pretty dated, underwhelming, and basic.
