How long does it take for you to brush your teeth? I remember being told by my High school Health teacher that we are supposed to brush our teeth for 2 minutes.. I can barely do it for 30secs lmao I don't know anyone that brushes their teeth for 2 mins straight. 4. How often do you change your toothbrush? This is something I've been curious about for a while now. Might be a dumb question but how safe is it? My parents got me a hello kitty one when I was like 7 and I remember spitting up a lot of blood (to be fair, seven year old me was not the sharpest and I wouldn't put it past her to misuse a toothbrush.
