If this was a follow up to The Boys while they were trying to break into the US market, or even the European market, this song could have done it.  Plus this was around the time Girls Aloud and the Sugababes were disbanding and before Little Mix debuted so it would have been perfect timing.

Most of f(x)  discography could have been promoted tbh... these might have worked as tittle tracks:

And this one, yes, is a ballad but many artists promote ballads, even as a single. It would've been dope.

 

As for hello penis venus, this would have been a better follow up instead of paradise or whatever was the song that followed up

Woollim groups are notorious for having b-sides that should've been saved for title tracks... Here are the best examples:

INFINITE - Shower

Lovelyz - Triangle/Cameo

Golden Child - Fanfare

Rocket Punch - Twinkle Star

Drippin - Reach Out Your Hands

should have been saved, and released on a single album, before going into dk2.

Not as much saved for later but should've been the title track of the era. I still don't understand in what world would someone choose Rookie to be promoted over this earworm.

So disappointed that this song was made into a bside. I know it's supposed to celebrate Mark's return to the unit but we only had two or so stages of them performing it. It would have been perfect as the title track of their first full album.

first song that came to mind was wjsn - pantomime. a phenomenal song, imo.

seconding yeppi yeppi as well as some rocket punch bsides mentioned, especially girl friend, a personal favorite of mine - in general they have some pretty strong bsides though

wow or star seed by loona would have made good cb titles for them

the boyz - prism could’ve been really good for a title track as well.

And yes I'm still bitter about this;

This was a nice departure from their more divisive title tracks and could of been promoted as a pre-release at the very least.
