Hometown Chax3 ended yesterday..so i thought the same..the drama is so popular, and ppl love his character so much...but then this rumor blew out of nowhere...

Assuming it's true, I must say it was rather "courteous" of the ex-gf to drop this bomb on the last day of the show. So many shows have been cancelled due to problematic celebrities wasting the effort of everyone involved. And I guess with the finale of Hometown Chax3, he'll be on a high so this hits the hardest.

It's almost certain that it must be Kim Seon Ho and the devil is now in the details. The abortion is what grabs everyone's eyeballs but if the ex gf's account is true it's a total ripping of his image - turns out he's actually unpleasant, cocky, vulgar, money hungry (yea whatever happened to I'm ok with debuting late and walking at my own pace). It's on his agency to deflect these details but welp this is super damaging given that he sells more on his image. I mean he just started having a footing in the industry and prolly don't have strong backing/ substantially padded filmography to support him. What he did was to have everyone buying into his pure/ kind/ nice image and cheering for his late debut like he's an underdog. He's a stan attractor but I guess it's all gone now. This is the kind that will fall the fastest.

Unless there would be more details, I honestly don't see it as a problem, honestly. I think people should remember that celebrities also have their personal life and they are not saints. Their job is to act in the movies\series not be your personal angel. And yeah, I don't even care about the guy, not a fan of his. 
Now if his bad mouthing and cursing around at the job is true - that's another thing. 

Why are you putting full blame on the girl about the unprotected sex when we don't even know anything about her. She could've been someone that just turn 18 and was compelled by him to do it raw. She could've been someone who is in her late 20s to 30s and on the onset of dating already discussed their eventual goal of marriage, which shouldn't be surprising considering that he's also 35. 

What we do know is his circumstances. He's 35, already served army, I'll reasonably assume he has some money, with a solid project like 2D1N his career prospects isn't all that weak......I honestly think it's not unimaginable for him to have a child. But his decision to abort the child tells me that he's too selfish, greedy, immature. Yes I'm sure his career will suffer a little setback as he can't sell a boyfriend image anymore but there have been male actors with successful marriage and family (e.g Ji Sung). And honestly at the age of 35 a pivot to a family guy image isn't too hard and will probably be sustainable, albeit less lucrative.

He fucked up by pushing her to it, but ultimately the responsibility lies on both of them. Why would she want to have kids with a guy who asked her to arbort? She has alot of growing up to and learn to make decisions for herself, not for a guy or the promise of marriage. 

I agree that it's not a good idea to have a child if he doesn't want to. It's another can of moral worms to unwillingly bring a child into this world and not be able to properly support, nurture and love him/ her. What I was saying was just judging based on the known circumstances about him and compared to others like Chen/ Bobby, this strikes me as an immature, selfish and greedy decision. It was also implied by the woman that he rejected the child because his career was going upwards. I presume it was about the explosion in popularity from start up, to which I have to say popularity can be fleeting (he should know this now) and quite honestly he can observe his sunbaes and realise that he can transition his image too. He can't only bank on selling himself as a boyfriend (admittedly the most lucrative) which isn't going to last very long for a 35yo anyway. What more he's on a stable show like 2D1N so he can very easily manuever his image with that platform.

I don't disagree that the woman has a part to play too. I just meant that it's not her full responsibility and since we don't know a single thing about her situation (her age, her status etc.) all the more we shouldn't be flaming her. She really might have been a fresh 18 yo girl with little life experience for all you know.

Wtf do you even mean by that? It's her story to tell and it's her choice when she wants to reveal it. Maybe it's him that should have handled the situation properly, even if it means aborting a baby eventually, instead of gaslighting her and having skeletons in his closet?! Afterall he is the one with fame and money to lose. Woops looks where he is now. He only enjoyed the highs of being 1st male lead one time and experiencing crazy popularity for a year but as of today he has even lost his stable job at 2D1N.
