Didn't B&E have a story in NYC that closed down? I think they were banking too much on believing her fandom would keep the business afloat over here.

Ain't nobody is dumb enough to believe fandom alone would keep the business afloat. Plus, she ain't a boy group member who has a crazy amount of fans. She is just pursuing her dream and passion in fashion industry. Nothing wrong with that and we don't know the full story about the lawsuit or how her business is doing. Yet.

It was a flag shop, a store that is available for time period, the brand is mostly e-commerce

So we basically have no info about basis of the lawsuit, yet we are going to ridicule Jessica and her business automatically. 🤔 Wonder why are people so eager to see her fail. She is no criminal, she just do what she likes. Is it that wrong?

Yeah, with a lot of people involved with burning sun, and sketchy Japanese  "business" people, I'm surprised It seems like not many people knows that now, It was well known back then.

Jeez, I thought I was going to have a good night, lol. Get home from work and see little clips from the new Jessica & Krystal show but then this news pops up too.

I'm wondering if there's more clarification articles floating around, idk if this site is even a little bit reliable. According to this,

Quote

Regarding the accusation, Tyler Kwon explained, “After borrowing funds from Spectra SPC for the first time in 2016, I faithfully paid them back in more than 3 years. Until 2020, due to the spread of the pandemic, I made an agreement with Spectra SPC to delay the loan deadline. However, Spectra SPC transferred the loan to Joy King Enterprises in August without informing me. Then suddenly, Joy King Enterprises contacted me and demanded that I have to pay the money back in 2 weeks.

Tyler Kwon explained the loan of Jessica Jung’s fashion brand, “We can repay everything but Jessica’s reputation has been affected” - KBIZOOM

She shouldn't have behaved the way that gets you kicked out. 😑

You have no idea how she "behaved." I'm sorry, but SM and Girls Generation are not Kpop's righteous arbiters of justice. She could have deserved her dismissal from the group, OR she could have just as easily been kicked out unfairly over a petty disagreement. We'll probably never know because their lips are sealed, and even if they "spilled the tea," we'd still never get an objective account of what happened. So there's no sense in pretending to know.
