BTS Jungkook's alleged "backdoor ad" scandal was fabricated by antis?

This whole thing started from a DC Gallery where Jungkook antis strategically fabricated rumors from a month ago. Jungkook has always enjoyed wearing non-luxury street fashion brands, it's not just or twice that brands have sold out because of him. And it's not just clothes but Kombucha too, he never once showed the brand he just drank it and the brand ended up receiving a 'Brand of the Year' daesang because of it. A fabric softener he used also sold out too. Antis knew he was the in-house director for his brother's company so they nitpicked his brand clothing and claimed he was doing "backdoor ads." They have been mass e-mailing reporters about it tooㅋㅋㅋ.

if it's true, and kinda seems it is, those antis gave his brother's brand more publicity than those JK's selfie/live ever could. casual fans wouldn't have ever cared to research the brand on their own. and how many even knew that JK's brother had the brand or that JK was on the board? I certainly didn't lol.

so last year couple of SK's youtubers got "cancelled" for backdoor advertisement. which explains why someone would think a scandal~ like this has a potential to get traction.

I get why someone would get confused, it is a new law and even US/UK have developed their own version of it.

The differences between those youtubers and JK, is in the fundamental of the youtubers/influencers job. If they are getting subscribers because of the food or clothes they are advertising and not informing the viewers that they are paid to say nice things about the products , then they are deceiving the subscribers because it is a targeted marketing scheme.

Where as to JK, he never mentioned nor said anything remotely marketing related about the products he wears or eats. The only thing he ever said is he likes the Kombucha he was drinking. Which could be construed as manipulating his audience cause they buy everything he likes. But this is where the law is black and white, we as humans have autonomy on what we buy. So if we are influenced to buy something because someone wore it, but didn't market it, then that person isn't selling anything. You can't sue someone because others liked their style. Also, this is not his job and isn't representing something in a official capacity.
