Samuel’s Rep Shares Details Of Brave Entertainment’s Questionable Contracts For Events

So..... my question is WHO in the police force dropped the charges? And why? I mean if they didn't even produce the contract in court how in the world were the charges dropped? And that last line about them wanting to settle things with him "smoothly" is such boldface gaslighting. It's also interesting how One was able to leave and sign with YG with no financial burdens but Samuel took on the debt for that failure. It makes me wonder if his contract was ever explained to him or his family. Like who signed for him cause he was a minor.

Samuel's mother signed all of his contracts. That's what Samuel and her used to say and made sure we knew about it.

Well damm. I wonder if she understood that she was signing. Man I wish she would have gotten a lawyer, if she didn't get a second opinion. Korean contracts in general can be great or hell. My teaching contract was great. I made sure that everything was included and I wasn't considered an Independent Contractor. Some companies will be super evil and will leave out certain benefits, especially for foreigners, that basically make their workers IC which then invalidate their Visas. I also wonder if he was being treated as a Korean citizen or an American one (not too sure about his citizenship status). If he was being treated as American then, he would have had to sign up for a Visa. If he did and he was on the D-10 visa, then he most likely was super exploited. That visa is specifically for foreigners who are staying in Korea past 90 days, and looking for employment. But even if he had an E6 Visa, he still could have been super exploited. If he was being treated as a dual citizen, then my previous comments about Visas need not apply.
