Aside from being reminded of K.Will's ever famous music video, another MV I got reminded of is DAY6's What Can I Do and subsequently I Loved You as well as When You Love Someone (Wonpil has a one-sided crush on Sungjin).

Are there any other kpop music videos that don't just depict LGBT+ relationships, but moreover involving romance between members of the same group or the singers themselves?

This is reaching a bit but the mv can be interpreted as a love triangle where everyone is dating each other. You need the lyrics to really make it obvious.
