Take note that at 1am-7am, the real-time/old system will freeze but not the 24hits. So the streams especially mass fandom zombie streaming are disabled but the 24hits chart ( ULs = gp) will be running as usual.  So whoever have higher ULs on 24hits at 1am-7am despite having lower stream numbers [ A ],  will beat and overtake that ones with lower ULs and bigger streams [ B ]  and [ A ] probably eventually still chart higher even after the chart unfreezes bc the gp are awake during the day. Putting [ B ] at a disadvantage.

imo there's not that much change from the previous system that was solely 24hits overall for 24hr and it won't necessarily be easier for bgs esp 4th gens and quite a number of 3rd gens (even with big fandom) to chart/chart better with the new system that's supposedly 50-50 chance.

....Its just that the acts/groups that rely more on fandom streaming (most bgs), where their ULs are lower/weaker and numbers of streams are bigger than the ones in top20-30 of 24hits, will probably drop faster. Bgs will be affected of course bc fandom streaming are disabled from 1am-7am, so that will effect their streaming numbers(which their fandoms have been pretty good at inflating the numbers through mass streaming by putting their faves' songs on loop 24/7 this whole time).

Most new songs that will be released when the new system starts might have more of a chance to chart including others who've never charted before, but only for a short while as many of them will drop alot once 1am starts (7hr after song released) especially if they don't have enough ULs/gp support which will affect their chart position and possibly get them out of the chart faster than before. Thus daily and weekly chart will probably be even harder to chart.

Those that have been able to chart in top 10-20 of 24hits before, might not be affected by this new system at all imo especially those that have a balance of two aspects - ULs and streams.

So, as usual I think most ggs are safe especially the popular ones who chart well: BP, RV, Twice, OMG, aespa, BG, Itzy, etc.

Bgs on the other hand, it depends. Most bgs will probably be affected esp 4th gens and a number of 3rd gens who have low ULs/gp recognition except BTS who I can surely say won't be affected in the slightest. So it's pretty much the same more of less as before with 24hits.

For 2nd gen, it depends as well except for maybe several relevant and popular named bgs and ggs who are well-known to the gp (probably will not be affected that much if there is any). Their fandoms' streaming power is ofc weaker compared 3rd and 4th gen fandoms but they tend to have pretty strong gp recognition and ULs which they usually do pretty well on the charts.
