Honestly if he forced her to abort then he is definitely out of line and should pay child suppport. But if he genuinely did not want the child and expressed that he has no interest in being a father of that child or having contact with the child then to be fair she has to make the choice herself and not expect him to support the child when he clearly doesn't want it. She will have to be a single mom. I am speaking in the case where the sex is consensual. Such things should always be discussed especially with a old man like him.  If she dated him for 13 years then wouldn't she know that he had no interest in having children?

This is messy as hell and the definitely need to go through this at court unlike what he said. If she is really being messy then I hope it will be found out at court. I am not gonna shame a 76 year old man for having consensual sex with someone younger, knowing that she's an adult unless.... there is proof that she was emotionally vunerable and that he groomed her.
