In the minutes of the school violence committee from Kim Sohye's school S*M* all-girls middle school, just like OP said in her post, Kim Sohye was punished for doing things like making others kneel in front of her and hit them (truth) and that she was a perpetrator (truth).

 

Kim Sohye's side said that OP was defaming her and was telling lies so they sued her but this was the outcome.

OP was cleared of their charges

The industry itself is really hard to survive. Tough cookies and trash personalities won't actually have as hard time to walk over other trainees towards debut as soft empathetic people who will either get superlucky to end up in great team from the start or will crumble before even debuting.
