Announcement OH live stream poll results and additional information

Hello,

 

I want to start off by thanking those of you that took the time to cast your vote for the stream. The results show that many of you are fine with either of the two days or times slots mentioned. We have decided to host the stream on July 12th at 3-5 PM PST.

 We have received additional updates from a coordinator from KCON. Not only will banhbao and myself be participating in two different panel discussions, but I have been asked to moderate and facilitate the discussion for one of the two panels. We will give you more information about this, and any further updates we receive during the stream this Saturday.

*We will post a thread containing the link for the stream, instructions on how to submit your question/answer,and any other important information concerning the stream. Expect to see this thread posted at least an hour before the stream is set to begin. The stream itself will be live audio only and will hopefully be no longer than 2 hours. 

Our marketplace raffle thread will open no later than 2 days after our stream. Attendance during the stream is not necessary to participate in the raffle, but doing so may earn you an extra ticket in the raffle (We will go into detail about this during the stream).
