Hello hope everyone is alright.

I need advice on being productive for today. It’s a bit strange because I have an assignment that I wrote more words in less time, yesterday. But today I was working so slowly, with a lot of procrastination whereas yesterday was smooth.

im a bit concerned with productivity it feels out of my control like yesterday was very productive then all of a sudden today I’m not. I’ll seek out professional support in the near future, but could anyone give me advice on what I can do?

I will answer based on my personal experience as a victim of anxiety. Please do not neg me or hate because I am not a professional.

I have run into these swings all the time and it is completely normal. I have experienced anxiety issues about 3 years ago so this is frequent for me. Talk to a professional if you are diagnosed with any mental health issue. Do not let this become a burden to you unless it is interminable. There are what psychologists call off - days, in non - formal language, and they are completely out of our control. You may want a talk with someone if you are letting one off - day get to you, as off - days are prevalent for everyone. I knew something was off when I felt sick for about, 6 weeks, and that's when I was told I had anxiety. Unfortunately I did not know better because I was only 9. But if you experience one off - day, it is no big deal.

All in all, I am in no way a professional and have no rights to diagnose you, so my suggestion is to wait for tomorrow to come, then the next day, then the next...

I am sorry for being such a burden to your shoulders. You can do whatever you want to my post. I am 13 btw.

Thank you, this is really good advice.
