what's the most impulsive thing you've ever done?

today i applied for grad school.  i completed the initial portion in less than 10 minutes, even though this is totally off-plan from what i've been planning to do for the past 6-ish years.  i think it's going to pay off though.

funny thing is, it's the same university where i completed my bachelor's and my initial application process way back then was also super last-minute and impulsive

We are currently packing for a trip. I waited till today, our very last day to pack, so my suitcase is looking like a hot mess rn. I was so rushed have like 50 bottles of sunscreen, soap, and lotion in there not knowing 2 seconds later my mom's suitcase would look the exact same.

the most impulsive thing i've done is leave a job without having a new job offer. doesn't sound that crazy but i'm normally only impulsive with small stuff. with big stuff, i tend to take ages to make a decision. even then, i put in a three-week notice  i always knew i was going to leave but i was waiting for the right job opportunity. but i had a really bad day one friday, due to some unreliable and consistently inadequate coworkers and decided then to put in my notice. 

it was extremely satisfying. i need to make major life changes more frequently.

probably not the most but prob the most as of recent

it was last year when animal crossing released. i already had a switch and i love every second of it. but when i found out that we had to share islands with different profiles, that's a No for me since my sister also plays it. and besides, i want to play simultaneously with her, not like the couch co op they provided. so on release day, i just went... should i buy the switch lite?... hell yeah i should. 

and now i have a switch lite i dont use anymore

tell my middle school crush i liked him lol good thing it was 3 weeks before school ended and we were going to high school after that, he was leaving for the other side of the country too i remember telling him specifically not to tell his friends! whale at least there was one funny joke about it, but fuck straight guys!

 

also somehow a girl ended up telling her mom that snitched to my mom

Changing majors last minute because I knew I wasn't happy with what I was doing but I wasn't sure I was comfortable with starting over

There was one summer a few years ago where one of my college friend wanted me to go clubbing with him and his childhood friends. I went by train there, no idea what to expect. Things were good, having a good time. I'm quite shy but somehow that day I was able to cruize through every new people I saw. Then it was early in the morning and someone decided we should spend the night to one of the guy, so they drove all the way there, which was 2h from the city we were before. We woke up there and somehow I got tangled up in some sort of medieval roleplay event for the whole week, I never did any of those prior. Then I started living my life as a knight and they actually gave me armor and gear in the medieval village. I don't remember much for that week cause I was drunk a hell lot of time to be fair, but at some point we had to get back, The guy I was with at first wasn't there anymore and I had no mean to get back to my place. I had to rode with total strangers to the city trying to go back to my place (I also just started living at this place so I didn't know how to get there very well) I somehow made it out, but now I own a katana and couple of swords. That's nice.

Needless to say i'm usually pretty impulsive like that, its the sag sun yall.
