you're still in school? :omgwtf:

yeah I haven't drawn since art class from first semester

we had to use the grid method and stuff, I bombed it because I didn't learn the history side very well

I still have 'till Thursday and I have my last CIE on Wednesday and idk how we'll find a proctor because everyone will be at graduation.

I never took an art class so I never tried that grid method thing,

does  it help?

a six page essay into a lot (I've had three of those this year for my college classes and infinite amounts of them for English and they're easy to bs).

the seniors this year wrote like 15 pages for their capstone  :omgwtf:  and the whole point behind our capstones is to create a "product"

/brb kiling myself

GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND GRIDS

THAT GRID METHOD IS GENIUS

oh so you're going with the watercolor pencils

I use these really cheap children's brushes lol

I hope some mysterious accident happens to be next year so I never reach capstone time

I used to be really bad at writing until this year when I got this awesome English teacher. I'll probably fail my exam, but I learned sooo much

off-topi but

/crying because I always mess up my drawings by accidentally smudging them then I mess them up even more by erasing and I just

Thats why painting (oil) is great cause, it is a pain in the ass for it to dry but because of that you can fix all your mistakes easily

true

I just wish I was good at painting  :._.:

gurl ikr

My freshman and sophmore teacher (same person) didn't help me with my writing skills and since I already suck :._.:

second semester of english I had a good english teacher, I'm sure if I took more writing classes with her I'd greatly improve (first semester I had my old english teacher)

what are you drawing/painting?

my physics teacher oil paints, all I know is he's a good drawer. I've never seen one of his paintings.

idk if I have the patience to wait for it to dry

a random picture of Hara, just sketching

I just wanted to practice the grid thing  :hurr:

edit: just realized you said your physics teacher draws well. that's interesting

xD

it reminds me when I was watching "the ghost of mississippi" (civil rights movie), during most of the movie I was like "mmmh since when was Alec Baldwin so fine?"

I feel bad afterwards because I know that wasn't the point of playing the movie

LOL

ehh the only middle-age actor I find attractive is that wacko Tom Cruise (but his smile kinda creeps me out)

haha

Sadly for you, there is no twerkin from DiCaprio. He is a good actor though

I can guarantee you there'd be an Oscar his way if he'd consider twerkin

he always picks great movies

not a big fan of romance movies so Titanic and Romeo & Juliet (as iconic as they were) didn't do it for me. but Inception and Catch Me If You Can are some of my all-time favorites

how expensive are movies where y'all at? I know midnight's are way too cheap

movies here are $7 and the cheapest place is $6.

IMAX tickets are soooo expensive tho (but I usually go for those than normal 3D tbh)

Don't like Star Trek it's boring to me ehh...

I want to go to an IMAX but I fear it's going to be like $25 or $30 ._.

I just watch for the effects tbh

never know what's going on

lol yes, it's a historic movie theatre my town has one as well but it ain't as pretty or cheap

my brother lives in the neighborhood around Cary St.

It's a shopping area tbh I'm not sure how these people aren't broke

I like getting smoothies and frozen yogurt there

sadly the Byrd is the cheapest place around there, everything else is crazy expensive

Byrd's the cheapest??
