Because Sakura doesnt want to disclose it. She dictates the direction of this contract, BigHit wouldnt want to upset her. That and they simply want to keep people wondering until they reveal it. This isnt a mystery, they already admit a serious discussion were exchanged between them and Sakura have dropped hint that she will continue pursuing a career in the Korean market.

I have no doubt that some of the girls want it the problem is, the girls wanting it or not, has no correlation to the companies agreeing or disagreeing to a renewal and I just feel it's best not to mess with things anymore than they have been. Personally I'd take the ot12 disbandment concert we got and the current sns interactions over 7 -10 members promoting in a unit for a year or more while the other girls have to awkwardly pretend like they don't exist until things fall apart again, bc the long term ot12 ship has already sailed at this point.

Probably because Sakura will officially graduated in mid-July. An announcement may come after that date.
