I liked this performance of Giriboy's more than his last two. The art was super cool! The song was okay.

 

I don't like CJamm's song on first listen. I find the "Today is a good day!" a bit grating. The reactions to that performance from everyone else was hilarious especially when Swings started jumping lol.

Giriboy ... well ... you should've left last week. I can't say I agree with those money amounts though, the difference is too big.

 

Olltii T___T I will really miss you. Olltii should've been top 3 IMO, if it weren't for the way the show is set up. I would've liked to see an Iron vs. Olltii final!!

 

TabloWu will really be missed T____T  Are they really gone completely?!

 

Ooooooh CJAMM WAS THE ONE to set up the bracket.

 

Hmmm in the past when they edit together clips of the audience talking about who they like as they wait in line it seemed rather even for contestants' fans, but this time Iron has lots of fangirls and Bobby had that group of fanboys :O

Bobby really rocked that stage. I'm so impressed. Vasco's performance from last week was better, but I still liked his song this time.

This round works like last round. Lowest earner of losing team leaves. So two of the top 6 are eliminated.

As to how accurate this spoiler is so far:

 

The DC post says Bobby gets 5.30 million to Vasco's 4.70 million; in episode 9, Bobby gets 5.25 million to Vasco's 4.75 million. Pretty darn close.

I LOVE your "turn up" counts! Heh the high number of "turn up" is way better than the paltry number of "turn up" in earlier episodes. I love enthusiastic 1llionaire (they really gave their all to try to win and avoid elimination), everyone shading everyone else, Olltii's faces.

 

And thank you for the 1llionaire/AOMG history lesson, I knew Jay Park was tight with Dok2 but didn't know the full story. It's touching

Instead of giving my top 3, I wanna give honorable mentions to (in no order):

 

Farmboy - Left too soon. He could kinda be a dick, but I'm here to see them rap, not build sandcastles. I feel like they could've worked around his personality if they just gave him some #realtalk

 

Jolly V - I liked her more than Tymee and if they wanted some strong female rap presentation, I think she'd have been interesting content wise (although admittedly, she kinda needs to get off her high horse sometimes)

 

High School Boy #2 - I rewatched ep 2, and I actually liked his flow more. I wonder how things would've turned out if he could've also passed.

 

Jolly V is good and she should've made it at least onto the team lineups (Top 16). She might have had a better shot had she chosen a different team, like maybe 1llionaire.

 

High School boy #2 ...  he was one of the good ones that got cut because of the 1v1 format. Owen and J.slow as well.

Bobby won over Vasco so he moves up to the final

 

 

The second semifinal will be aired this week with the final; online spoilers say that

Iron wins over C jamm. therefore the top 2 are Bobby and Iron
