i don't really have the patience to sit through an entire documentary w lots of episodes in it but i watch Stephanie Soo's mukbangs where she usually breaks down a crime and she's a very good story teller, they're usually 40 minutes long without any unnecessary filler and she does specifically crime and all of that

I've watched most of those you mentioned, also HBO has some good ones. I'll be gone In the dark - on golden state killer (also few yrs ago I saw this doc on Hulu or amazon, before he was caught called its not over or sumn. ). I love you now die(Michelle Carter) , the vow (nxivm) and I started the woody Allen one but I really don't have stomach for it.

On Netflix other than the ones you mentioned, there's the American Murder family next door. I found that one cool? Lack of better word bc iirc there's not much narrative in it bc of how much of the thing is on video of just camera from neighbors, etc then the police body cam. Very straightforward... Why did you kill me? The innocent man.. These 2 killed me tbh bc the interviews with the mom s of the girls who were murdered...broke me 😭 and This is a robbery... I didn't think I'd like that one, but it was nice, I'm left depressed tho knowing it's unsolved kinda like the first golden state killer doc I saw. Maybe they'll be a second doc Someday and it'll be solved.

I'm on documentary kick these days so I saud a lot but wanted to mention.. I also saw 2 interesting horror movies mockumentary type. Lake mungo which is really cool and interesting movie, surprised I never heard it til few weeks ago. I recommend if ur into horror(it's simular to paranormal activity sort of.) . And.. The Poughkeepsie tapes, really disturbing and I feel like I should be on watch list for viewing it. I hate it but I can understand audience for it so check it out maybe if into disturbing horror/documentaries. Both are on prime video

Murder Family next door is the one about that wacko husband who kills his pregnant wife and two kids, right? That dude was so shameless I couldn't finish it, tbh. I know he dropped the kids on oil tanks or something, right? Yickes...

I feel like mukbangs and crime investigations are a interesting combo, I never watched her crime videos, gonna try someday.

i love them...whether on netflix in docuseries form (night stalker, the trials of gabriel fernandez), documentary (american murder: family next door, tower), or even more casual long-form youtube videos like bailey sarian

bailey does a GRWM/true crime combo for her videos and she's a bit more on the jokey side.  if you prefer serious vids i'd recommend kendall rae or eleanor neale

Super! Before everything became available online, I used to pay for cable. The cable has like 3 tiers and the channel C.I. (Crime Investigation) is only available at the most expensive tier but I love watching that channel sm I ultimately subscribed just for it...
